9/20/1928Narayan Guru ""Nanu"" of Kerala entered in maha Samadhi. His teachings are held in great reverence even today.

4/22/1921Subhas Chandra Bose, resigned from Indian Civil Service, and formed South Calcutta Sevak Samiti after returning to India. He was also arrested for carrying our freedom movement.
1/29/1896Swami Paranabananda Brahamachari, founder of `Bharat Sevashram Sangha', was born in Bajitpur village of Faridpur district. He took 'sanyas' in 1924.
12/10/1857Veer Narayan Singh organised a small group and had an encounter with British army. He was charged treason and sentenced to death. He was executed publicly.
